Je zal een gloednieuwe functie uitoefenen en zal instaan voor de veiligheid en kwaliteit in het bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met de Plant Manager (die jou ook opleidt en waarvan je gaandeweg taken zal overnemen).
Ook goed om te weten: bij een succesvolle sollicitatie kan je meteen starten met een vast contract
Je groeit uit tot hét aanspreekpunt op vlak van kwaliteitscontrole, maar je bent veel meer dan dat. Als leidinggevend figuur binnen het bedrijf ben je een echte people manager. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen en je staat ervoor open om opleiding te geven aan wie dat nodig heeft.
Bij een nieuwe functie hoort heel wat vrijheid, maar uiteraard ook verantwoordelijkheid. Daarbij zijn enkele zaken heel belangrijk:
- Je denkt (pro)actief na over oplossingen voor gekende (en mogelijk ook nieuwe) problemen die boven water komen.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, je bent bereid om het heft in eigen handen te nemen en zelf het goede voorbeeld te stellen.
- Je bent kritisch ingesteld en hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, je bent het aanspreekpunt op goede én slechte momenten.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, je slaagt erin om collega's te motiveren, maar kan hen uiteraard ook wijzen op het overtreden van regels en het maken van procedurefouten.
Kortom, jij wordt hét centrale puzzelstukje dat dit groeiende bedrijf op dit moment mist.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Bij deze leidinggevende functie horen natuurlijk enkele basisvoorwaarden:
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring binnen de voedingssector (ervaring op vlak van kwaliteitsbewaring is zeker een pluspunt).
- Je hebt minstens een bachelor in een relevante richting op zak (voeding, biochemie, ...).
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en pikt snel zaken op in deze steeds vernieuwende industrie.
Wat wij jou bieden:
In de functie van Quality Manager zal je als leidinggevend figuur zoals eerder vermeld heel wat vrijheid én zelfstandigheid krijgen om jouw rol in te plannen. In samenwerking met de Plant Manager kom je tot een structuur en werking die voor jullie past.
Je krijgt meteen een vast contract aangeboden, zowel voltijds als 4/5e tewerkstelling is mogelijk.
