Le Gapas propose diverses formes d'accompagnement pour des personnes en situation de handicap, enfants et adultes, à travers la gestion de 40 établissements et services sociaux et médico-sociaux dans les Hauts-de-France et L'Ile-de-France. Sa raison d'être est de développer des solutions pour que les personnes en situation de handicap soient pleinement épanouies dans une société juste, inclusive, reconnaissante et équitable, au même titre que tout citoyen. Le Gapas agit en faveur de l'autodétermination des personnes en situation de handicap et d'une réponse accompagnée pour tous.

Pour accompagner la transformation de l'offre et la mise en œuvre d'un projet juste et ambitieux soutenant l'accès aux droits fondamentaux, nous recherchons un nouveau collègue pour rejoindre une équipe de professionnels et de direction dynamiques, engagés et fun Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée et engagée pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que Directrice d'un Institut d'Éducation Motrice (IEM) et d'une Unité Externalisée Élémentaire dédiée aux enfants autistes, nous amorçons une transformation majeure en intégrant une école en septembre 2024.

Mission

Dans le cadre de cette évolution, nous proposons un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) et/ou une mobilité interne au sein du GAPAS. Nous recherchons une personne prête à relever ces défis, à accompagner les équipes dans ce changement et à contribuer à la mise en place des conventions et de la planification de projets.

Profil

Manager de transition avec une solide expérience en gestion de projet.

Connaissance approfondie des dispositifs de l'Éducation Nationale et du secteur médico-social de l'enfance.

Capacités d'adaptation, sens de l'organisation dans un contexte multi-sites.

Vision positive de l'inclusion et croyance en la construction d'une société inclusive.

Maitrise de la gestion de planning (RH)

Sens de la curiosité, avec la capacité à poser des questions pertinentes et à interpeler de manière constructive.

Capacité à partager les avancées avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes.

Responsabilités :

  1. Pilotage des changements liés à l'intégration de l'IEM dans une école en septembre 2024.
  2. Accompagnement des équipes dans cette transition.
  3. Contribution à l'élaboration des conventions et à la planification des projets.
  4. Partage régulier des avancées avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes.

Compétences Requises :

  1. Excellente maîtrise de la gestion de projet.
  2. Grandes capacités d'adaptation et de communication.
  3. Orientation solution.
  4. Volonté d'apprentissage et prêt(e) à relever ce défi.

Conditions :

Contrat à Durée Déterminée (CDD) et/ou mobilité interne au GAPAS. Permis exigé.

Autonomie professionnelle attendue.
