SII is committed to a sustainable digital world and is recognized as a Great Place To Work.Role context:As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the reliability, safety, and operational efficiency of power generation assets. You will work on electrical systems associated with rotating equipment such as generators, gas turbines, steam turbines, and auxiliary installations, within thermal and flexible generation environments.You will operate in an international context, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external technical partners, both on-site and remotely depending on project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the availability and reliability of electrical systems in power generation facilitiesWork on high-voltage equipment, generators, protection and control systems, and substationsSupport maintenance activities, outages, and major revisionsAnalyze failures, incidents, and performance deviationsPropose corrective actions and long-term improvement measuresContribute to maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle optimizationInterface with OEMs, contractors, and technical partnersEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 45001)Support technical documentation, reporting, and validation workflowsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesQualification:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalentExperience in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators, and protection & controlExperience with rotating equipment is a strong assetFamiliar with maintenance-driven and outage-based environmentsExperience in thermal or combined-cycle power plants is a plusFluent in English, with a good knowledge of French.
