An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at an European family-owned IT company delivering end-to-end digital solutions, services & consultancy, as a Senior Industry/ERP Consultant - Printing & Packaging. Main objectives Drive successful ERP/industry projects by translating business goals into tailored solutions, guiding requirements and workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and sharing industry expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Participate in discovery and presales conversations with prospects, translating business goals into clear solution options Requirements Extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry with a strong understanding of the operational processes. Knowledge of in-mould labeling is a plus. Hands-on ERP (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) experience as a key-user. Great communication skills to simplify complex operational processes. Proactive, flexible, and stress resistant with strong ambitions to contribute to success. English, B2 - Professional working proficiency Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the project, from presales until go-live and support. Facilitate structured ASIS/TOBE workshops, capture requirements & user stories, and guide Fit/Gap analysis to shape the solution and roadmap. Share industry expertise with the team.
