We’re looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to join our team and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects within the FT TISA domain (trading-related applications) . If you’re passionate about building scalable back-end systems and enjoy working in Agile environments, this could be the perfect role for you🔍 Role Overview As a Back-End Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end applications and integration services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to the overall software architecture. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust back-end applications and integration services Translate user stories and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions Work independently and collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum environment Contribute to API development , database integrations, and unit testing Apply best practices and design principles to ensure clean, maintainable code 🎯 Required Skills & Competencies ✔ Technical Skills Strong proficiency in .NET with C# Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Expertise in async/await , OOP , and SOLID principles Experience with ORM: Entity Framework or NHibernate Strong API development skills: REST or gRPC Experience using OpenAPI/Swagger Strong knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL) Version control experience: Git or similar SCM tools ✔ Testing & Quality Experience with unit testing Familiarity with mocking frameworks (e.g., Moq, NSubstitute)✔ Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently Collaborative mindset with Agile experience Proficiency in English (Dutch or French is a plus)🎓 Educational Requirements A degree in a technical field OR At least 5 years of hands-on experience in back-end development and integration services
