Experience: 3 years (Junior-Mid Level) Client: Leading Private Banking Institution Urgent 6-12 Month Contract - Role hiring now This is a *Belgium Hybrid* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Consulting company working on *cutting-edge AI applications that directly impact customer experience, internal tools, automation, and intelligent decision-making* About the Role Our private banking client is looking for a Junior-Mid Data Scientist with real hands-on experience in Generative AI to join their AI Tribe. You will work on cutting-edge AI applications that directly impact customer experience, internal tools, automation, and intelligent decision-making. You'll collaborate with top data experts in a modern Agile environment and work with one of the richest data ecosystems in Belgium. Key Responsibilities Build and enhance Generative AI applications (virtual assistants, automation tools, decision support systems, etc.) Implement LLM-based solutions (RAG pipelines, LangChain/agentic workflows, fine-tuning) Develop NLP models for classification, summarization, sentiment, entity extraction, and more Deploy AI models into production using Python and modern ML platforms Work closely with business stakeholders and present insights to management Contribute to a collaborative, innovative AI environment where continuous learning is encouraged Required Skills Core GenAI Expertise: Generative AI (must) LLM applications (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.) NLP LangChain RAG architectures Agentic workflows Prompt engineering Technical Skills: Strong Python Deep learning / pre-trained models Experience deploying models to production Git-based workflow Experience with ML/AI tools (Domino, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, etc. are big pluses) Experience in finance AI applications is a bonus Language Requirements You must speak Dutch OR French fluently, and be fluent in English.
