We're looking for a senior functional consultant to standardise Dynamics 365 Field Service processes across international roll-outs. You'll combine hands-on configuration with functional design, balancing global standards and local needs while reducing unnecessary customisation.
What you'll do
- Analyse and improve end-to-end service processes.
- Configure Field Service resources, skills, territories, bookings and scheduling.
- Design work order, planning and dispatching processes.
- Challenge customisation requests with standard Dynamics solutions.
- Define global templates with architects, developers and SAP specialists.
- Support workshops, testing, UAT, training and go-live.
What you bring
- At least five years in a functional role, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Deep Dynamics 365 Field Service expertise and Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
- Proven experience with Dataverse and configuration of model-driven applications.
- Knowledge of work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching and service operations.
- Experience with mobile Dynamics solutions for technicians.
- Strong business process understanding and functional analysis skills.
- Experience in international or multi-country Dynamics projects and large-scale international roll-outs.
- Experience in industrial service or manufacturing.
- Experience with complex service and distribution networks.
- Senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to defend standard solutions.
- The ability to take ownership and make independent decisions.
- English, C1.

Nice to have
- Experience with SAP-integrated environments.
- Knowledge of global template governance.
