Your impact as Digital transformation/Advisory Consultant

The Utilities market is in full transition. With our growing business unit Sopra Steria Utilities Advisory, we are enthusiastically participating in the digital acceleration within the sector and want to help our clients efficiently deal with both current and future challenges to help them in this energy transition by managing processes better, optimizing the use of assets and becoming more customer centric.

Your role and responsibilities as Digital transformation/Advisory Consultant

As a Digital transformation/Advisory consultant for Utilities, you will occupy a key position in the growth and expansion of our Utilities business. You will play a crucial role in executing our strategy to become the preferred digital business partner of our clients by 2026.

You will help our clients lead the energy transition in a volatile (VUCA) market and understand the context, way of working, and challenges of our Utilities customers. You are capable and driven to help them in their optimization process.

  1. Experience: Min 7 years of successful experience as an advisory consultant and project manager within the Utilities context (Electricity, Gas, or Water).
  2. Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written; French is a plus.
  3. You have knowledge and experience of the following:
    1. Advising, designing, and implementing improvement initiatives related to the optimization of core business processes for Utilities.
    2. Business framing of digital topics such as Data Solutions, IoT, Hyper Automation, and SAP solutions.
    3. Aligning IT direction with business objectives, supported by other Sopra Steria business units.
    4. Initiating new ideas and challenging the status quo, both with our customers and within Sopra Steria.
    5. Commercial flair and a strong professional network.
