We zijn op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer in de regio Antwerpen om ons dynamische team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, service en repareren van zowel Kalmar- als derdenapparatuur. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het leveren van uitzonderlijke klantenservice door middel van je productkennis en klantinteracties.

Hoofdtaken en verantwoordelijkheden

Voer onderhoud en reparaties uit bij onze klanten op locatie of in onze werkplaats, waarbij je altijd streeft naar kwaliteit.

Voer correcte diagnoses uit, los technische problemen op en vind effectieve oplossingen om de uitvaltijd van machines te minimaliseren.

Voer tests, inspecties en routineonderhoud uit aan mechanische, hydraulische, pneumatische en elektronische systemen.

Stel gedetailleerde servicerapporten op en zorg voor klanttevredenheid door duidelijke, vriendelijke communicatie.

Beantwoord klantvragen over de technische aspecten van onze producten en diensten.

Ontwikkel voortdurend je vaardigheden en kennis van onze producten en diensten.

Voldoen aan alle wettelijke en bedrijfsnormen, zoals de gedragscode en de gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Kwalificaties in Mechanische/Electrical Engineering.

Multi-skilled engineeringervaring met zware machines en hydraulische systemen.

Kennis van verbrandingsmotoren en versnellingsbakken.
