Direct message the job poster from Sentinel We are working with a global provider of professional construction tools, technologies and services. Operating worldwide, they are recognised as an industry leader for innovation and close partnership with the construction industry. They are developing an internal application to be used by their internal sales organisation of more than 20,000 people. This role contributes directly to the AI layer of the new internal Sales application. Azure AI will power core features such as call transcription, meeting recommendations, action extraction, summarisation and intelligent guidance for sales teams. The AI layer is central to the app’s goal of reducing administrative workload and improving consistency across sales processes. Role Overview We are seeking an Azure AI Solutions Architect to design all AI-driven features of this Sales application. You will define how models, pipelines and AI workflows integrate with the backend and data layers to deliver intelligent functionality to users. Key responsibilities Architect AI-driven features for the Sales app using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, vector search, etc. Design NLP pipelines for transcription, summarisation, entity/action extraction and contextual insights. Work with backend and data architects to ensure smooth data flow across app layers. Develop POCs for new AI capabilities within the app. Define prompt engineering, model governance and safe‑use frameworks. Implement monitoring, model performance evaluation and lifecycle processes. Produce technical designs for all AI‑related app components. Skills & experience Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect, writing PoCs and designing software solutions. Strong experience with Azure AI and NLP‑based solutions. Python proficiency and understanding of embeddings/vector stores. Experience in productionising AI features within enterprise applications. Ability to explain complex AI functionality to business stakeholders.
