Je definieert de objectieven en je staat in voor het people management door je medewerkers te begeleiden, coachen en motiveren. Ook moedig je hen aan in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je waakt daarnaast over de continue opleiding van je medewerkers om de technische expertise binnen het team te ontwikkelen. Finaal volg je de diensten op die je team levert en evalueer je ze om ze te optimaliseren. Je staat mee in voor het opstellen en opvolgen van het budget van het team en voor de planning van de taken. Binnen dit kader coördineer je de activiteiten om de infrastructuurprojecten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, te realiseren. Daarnaast organiseer je op het gebied van de technische infrastructuur het operationeel beheer van alle activiteiten voor één of meer domeinen, technologieën en/of applicaties in de verschillende omgevingen van Smals. Als geprivilegieerd aanspreekpunt van onze klanten (intern en extern) sta je in voor de onderhandelingen met hen en bied je hen de nodige ondersteuning. Je organiseert eveneens de interface naar het management. Je bent de gesprekspartner en vertrouwenspersoon binnen onze organisatie en voor onze leden voor deze gespecialiseerde materie. Je staat in voor de goede relaties met de leveranciers alsook met de klanten. Je volgt proactief de geleverde diensten zodat de kwaliteit ervan gegarandeerd blijft. Indien nodig optimaliseer je de geleverde diensten en pas je deze aan de gewijzigde behoeften van de klanten of aan de gewijzigde context aan. Je ziet erop toe dat de projecten op tijd en binnen het budget gerealiseerd worden.Je beschikt over een IT-diploma en kan bij voorkeur bogen op een aantal jaren ervaring als leidinggevende. Je beschikt over een ruime professionele ervaring op vlak van projectmanagement binnen een IT-omgeving. Je beschikt over sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden alsook over het vermogen om een team aan te sturen. Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en je hebt kwaliteiten als coördinator en motivator. Je communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden zijn belangrijke troeven. Het zijn je overtuigingskracht, je onderhandelingstalent, je vastberadenheid en je verantwoordelijkheidszin die we zoeken.
