We're currently seeking a PowerBI & Citizen Developer to potentially support our federal team in Arlington, VA. Open to local candidates in the Washington, D.C. / Northern VA / Maryland areas. This is a full time, hybrid position.

What you'll do
  • Manages the delivery of projects using the appropriate frameworks and collaborating with teams and partners to include but not limited to:
  • Working in design, code, and troubleshoot applications with the PowerBI platform.
  • Implements and support assignment rules.
  • Implements workflows.
  • Gathers, documents and drives business/technical requirements for various business units.
  • Provides strategic advice, deliver technology innovation and design / implement solutions.
  • Supports and enhances reporting functionality.
  • When directed, produce a roadmap that provides a structured path utilizing best practices for implementation that includes work breakdown structure, needed documents, and an implementation checklist, which also provides each implementation stage.
  • Ability to gather development requirements and provide recommendations.
What you'll bring

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in an IT related field.

Clearance / Suitability

Ability to obtain a clearance or a Public Trust is preferred, however all clearance levels and non-cleared applicants will also be considered.

Certifications

  • PL-900 exam – Citizen Developer.

Years of Experience

  • At minimum one (1) year of work experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create custom business applications.
