Fichet Belgium, part of the Fichet Group, a European leader in high-security solutions with 200 years of heritage is strengthening its Belgian operations and looking for a Technical Project Manager to support its growth ambitions.You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical security projects for prestigious clients such as public institutions and international organizations.About FichetFichet designs and delivers high-security solutions including:Electronic security systemsSecure storage (safes, vaults)Cash management systemsSecure doors & architectural securityOperating in demanding, high-risk environments, Fichet is recognized for its quality, reliability, integrity, and technical excellence.Your MissionAs Technical Project Manager, you coordinate security installation projects from offer preparation to final acceptance and invoicing.You combine technical expertise, operational coordination, financial follow-up, and client management to ensure each project is delivered:On timeWithin budgetIn full compliance with security and quality standardsWith high client satisfactionYour ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & ExecutionManage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, supervision, acceptance & handoverAnalyze client needs and validate technical specificationsSupport the preparation of technical and commercial offers with SalesPlan installations and coordinate technicians & subcontractorsOrder equipment, manage licenses and logisticsSupervise on-site works, safety compliance and qualityEnsure proper delivery of "as-built" documentationFinancial & Administrative Follow-upMonitor project budgets and protect marginsApprove subcontractor services and supplier invoicesPrepare billing filesAnalyze project profitability during and after executionClient RelationsAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout the projectRepresent and promote Fichet's high-value security solutionsEnsure transparent, professional communicationYou will work closely with Sales, Planning, Technicians, Experts and Management in a flat, human-sized organization where ownership and collaboration are key.Your ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering / Electromechanics or equivalent3+ years of experience in a technical project or installation environmentExperience in project coordination or site supervisionBackground in security, electromechanics, automation or electronic systems is a strong plusTechnical SkillsStrong MS Excel skills (mandatory)Basic IT, network & electronic systems knowledgeAble to read technical drawingsERP / Power BI experience is a plusKnowledge of project management methodologiesSoft SkillsExcellent communication with clients, technicians & subcontractorsLeadership and field coordination skillsProactive, structured, reliableClient-oriented with a commercial mindsetFluent in Dutch & French and English
