Your responsibilities as a Finance Director :Streamline European accounting processes and ensure adoption of best practicesSupervise European consolidation and ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAPPrepare financial analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc reportsManage treasury, cash flow, and foreign exchange hedgingLead transfer pricing compliance and support tax filingsConduct internal audits and analytical reviews for domestic and international subsidiariesSupport policy development for regulatory compliance and participate in strategic projects About you :You hold a Master Degree in FinanceYou have at least 15 years of experience in a similar roleYou are experienced in multicurrency P&L, consolidations, and financial reportingYou understand GAAP & IFRS and have strong technical accounting skillsYou communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsYou are highly operational, proactive, and comfortable working hands-on to address challenges efficiently.You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage X3 is a plus The offer :Hybrid work: 2 days/week from homeLead and supervise a finance teamCompetitive salary including meal vouchers, net allowance, group insurance, health insurance, bonusSome travel required, including international trips This Finance Director role in Brussels offers a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy in a multinational company within the Facilities sector.
