The Next Day Concept & Design (NDCD) department serves as the company's in-house design and conception studio, integrating a strong digital component (BIM, 3D, Digital Twin) to design and manage innovative residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Real Estate Developer, you are responsible for the design, development, and delivery of residential projects. You oversee every stage — from land acquisition to final delivery — including design, financing, and construction, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, cost control, quality, and timelines.You will be in charge of sourcing, developing, and coordinating several real estate projects for the company. You will also lead the environmental, ecological, energy, and commercial aspects of each project, including:Acquisition of land or property rightsProject conceptualizationAdministrative procedures to obtain permits (urban planning, socio-economic, or combined permits)Marketing or leasing of completed spaces, in collaboration with internal teams and external partnersLiaison with relevant authoritiesMarket Studies and ProspectingAnalyze residential market trendsIdentify new development opportunitiesProspect and negotiate the acquisition of land or buildings for redevelopmentProject Design and PlanningSupervise project design in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionalsDefine the project scope and specifications, taking into account client expectations and regulatory constraintsPrepare technical and administrative documentation required for permitsFinancial and Budget ManagementDevelop budget forecasts and coordinate financing with partnersEnsure project profitability and strict cost controlConstruction Supervision (in collaboration with the Technical Department)Plan and coordinate activities with project managers and contractorsMonitor project progress regarding deadlines, costs, and quality standardsManage relationships with stakeholders (consulting firms, public authorities, etc.)Marketing and DeliveryDevelop and implement the marketing strategyOversee sales activities and maintain client relationships with leasing/sales managersSupervise project handovers and ensure client satisfactionRegulatory Monitoring and InnovationStay informed about technical and regulatory developmentsIntegrate innovative and sustainable practices into all projectsProfile SoughtDegree in Architecture and / or MBA, Master in Finance7 à 10 years of proven experience in residential architecture, ideally with an international and innovative dimension.Expertise in the use and management of digital platforms (BIM, Revit, 3D, Digital Twin).Experience primarily in Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region.Proven ability to interface with providers of digital technology, green energy, and decarbonization solutions.Excellent communication skills, inspiring leadership, and solution-oriented mindset.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on large innovative projects and to grow the Development department within a pioneering group in sustainable real estate.A key role in creating smart and sustainable residential developments that shape the city of tomorrow — for Next Day's own portfolio, which already includes 1,500 units in development and/or under construction, with an ambition to multiply this portfolio substantially over the next 10 years.An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
