Lees dan verder HIGHLIGHTS Sleutelrol: jij bent het kloppend hart tussen klanten en interne teams van 40-tal collega's Focus op planning, klantenopvolging en procesoptimalisatie Maak impact bij een full-service digital agency met uitdagende klanten in zowel de publieke als private sector Hippe kantoren: 1 dag in Gent en 1 dag in Kontich per week JOUW MISSIE Als Web Support Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nazorg en ondersteuning organiseert voor 2 van onze merken. Jij bewaakt over de planning, tickets correct worden opgevolgd en klanten de service krijgen die ze verdienen (met oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid) Als Web Support Coordinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten na oplevering van hun website of applicatie Je stuurt operationeel een team van ±40 developers aan: overzicht van planningen bewaken, capaciteit bewaken, binnenkomende tickets coördineren en taken verdelen... Als Web Support Coordinator detecteer jij ontevredenheid of opportuniteiten bij klanten en onderneemt proactieve actie Je organiseert klantgesprekken om status, noden en verbeterpunten te bespreken Je optimaliseert interne processen en verbetert de manier waarop support en nazorg worden geleverd JOUW PROFIEL Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een digital agency en een eerste ervaring als Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager,... Je begrijpt hoe web- en applicatieprojecten worden opgezet, opgeleverd en onderhouden Je hebt ervaring met projectleiding, klantencontact en SLA-beheer Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels Je bent positief, leergierig en enthousiast om te groeien in een dynamische organisatie OVER ONS Hyperion is een strategische digitale partner met 30 merken onder zich.
