We are currently looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of internal projects related to connectivity and infrastructure.As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring service quality, improving internal processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage and deliver reliable IT services.Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate internal projects focused on connectivity and network infrastructureEnsure service delivery meets internal quality standards and performance targetsApply ITIL best practices to improve processes and service Management FrameworksCollaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless operationsMonitor and report on service performance, incidents, and continuous improvementsProfileProven experience as a Service Manager or similar role within IT operationsStrong understanding of ITIL and service management processesSolid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)Experience managing internal technical or infrastructure projectsFluent in French and EnglishStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
