In order to complete the staffing of a new product development team, our client is looking for an outstanding engineer, expert in the field of digital IC hardware verification.ResponsibilitiesOwn the verification of a block, some subsystem part or some top level functionsDetail the verification specification of the assigned testcasesImplement the testcases using System Verilog, UVM, Python, assertionsMaximize the verification coverage of the design while focusing on execution timeMaintain the regression suiteExecute to meet challenging schedule while ensuring high qualityParticipate actively in peer reviewsInterface with architects during design reviews, root-cause analysis and correction of issuesWork within a design and/or verification team, and interact with other teams on the project (Analog, Firmware, Layout) to ensure the success of the overall productProfileMaster Degree in Electronic/Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 5 years experience in the design and/or verification of digital blocks and IC’sKnowledge of low power design techniquesKnowledge of audio processing and/or accelerators for artificial intelligence is a plusDemonstrate an innovative and creative attitude, taking initiative to propose and implement improvementsRigorous and methodical with good analytical skills for debugging issues in design and on siliconFamiliarity with Cadence EDA simulation tools and Synopsys SpyglassExpert in VHDL, Verilog and/or SystemVerilog. Knowledge and experience of python programming language is an assetYou are a team player with excellent communication skills adapted to an international environment.You possess a hands on practical skills combined with electrical knowledge.You are fluent in English.The position requires to work on site 3 days/week.Initial contract duration 6 months
