Wat zal je doen:

Als Account Manager speel je een centrale rol in de commerciële ontwikkeling van het bedrijf.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

**Klantenportefeuillebeheer**

  • Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten.

  • De HR-behoeften van klanten begrijpen en passende oplossingen voorstellen, zoals interim, vaste aanwerving of consultancy.

**Commerciële prospectie**

  • Nieuwe marktkansen identificeren en actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten.

  • Opdrachten verkrijgen voor vacatures en tijdelijke personeelsplaatsingen.

  • Deelnemen aan netwerkevenementen om de naamsbekendheid van het bedrijf te vergroten.

**Onderhandeling en verkoop

  • Onderhandelen over de voorwaarden van contracten en commerciële overeenkomsten.

**Advies en ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van teams van HR-consultants bij het ontwikkelen van hun commerciële vaardigheden.

**Interne samenwerking**

  • Nauw samenwerken met wervingsteams en HR-consultants om klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

  • Deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen om feedback van klanten te delen en de context van HR-consultants te begrijpen.

**Monitoring en rapportage**

  • Houd toezicht op de prestaties van klantenaccounts en stel regelmatig rapporten op voor het management.

  • Gebruik CRM-tools om informatie over klanten en prospects up-to-date te houden.

Met wie ga je samenwerken?

Je komt terecht in een verkoopteam dat bestaat uit je manager, een collega die verantwoordelijk is voor Wallonië en een andere voor Brussel. Je manager kent het bedrijf goed en heeft deze functie al eerder bekleed.

De wervingsprocedure begint met een gesprek met HR-specialist. Als je wordt geselecteerd, leg je testen af en ontmoet je je toekomstige manager en je N+2.

  • Ervaring in HR of B2B-dienstverlening is een pluspunt.

Het aanbod:

  • Loon: Tot €3.500 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen (bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering).

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden: Vast contract in een dynamisch bedrijf, met opleidingsmogelijkheden en bonussen voor inzet. Veel autonomie, maar ook de nodige ondersteuning, met flexibele werktijden en locatie, inclusief de mogelijkheid om twee dagen per week te telewerken.
