Onze klant is een machinebouwer in Antwerpen. Als Mechanical Designer vertaal je concepten naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen en 2D-tekeningen en werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, proces engineers en verkopers. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige ontwerptraject, van concept tot uitvoering, en draagt bij aan installaties die technisch uitdagend én op maat van de klant zijn.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Ontwerpen en aanpassen van lay-outs, piping, staalstructuren en constructiestukken van procesinstallatiesOmzetten van P&ID's en offerte/orderbevestigingen naar 3D-modellenSelecteren, ontwerpen en intekenen van specifieke poederbulk componenten, leidingwerk en staalstructurenOpstellen van 2D-tekeningen voor offertes, lay-outs, montage en uitvoeringOndersteunen van het projectteam bij volumebepalingen, montagemogelijkheden en interferentiecontrolesOverleggen met projectleiders, proces engineers en verkopers om technische oplossingen te realiserenOntwerpen volgens geldende normen, ergonomie- en veiligheidsvereistenUitvoeren van opmetingen in bestaande installaties en controleren van aangeleverde tekeningenOndersteunen bij het opmaken van stuklijsten en beheren van 3D-modellen en 2D-tekeningen volgens bedrijfsstandaardenProfessioneel (gerichte) bachelor, bij voorkeur in (elektro-)mechanica(Basis)ervaring met 3D-designsoftware zoals Inventor of SolidWorksSterk mechanisch inzicht en passie voor technische uitdagingenKennis van proces engineering is een pluspuntTeamplayer die graag samenwerkt met designers en projectleidersOog voor detail en nauwkeurig werkenKennis van SAP is een pluspuntVlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een extra troefBij deze machinebouwer in Antwerpen werk je in een moderne, open en informele omgeving waarin vertrouwen, kwaliteit en engagement centraal staan.
