We're looking for a senior/lead full-stack TypeScript developer.You should have experience in the following tech:Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDBReact, Html, CSS/TSSSoftware architecture & design (bonus points for event-driven, fault-tolerant)Devops (linux, docker, ci/cd, ...), to some degreeCommunication (soft skills)Your responsibilities will be:Implementing new featuresFixing bugsDiscussing architecture & designContributing to other long-term goals (automation, devops, cleanliness, documentation, ...)Taking part in our Kanban flow (standup, demo day, retrospectives, team buildings, ...)We are offering:full-time employment or long-term freelance contract90-95% remote job (1 office day in Zaventem every 2-4 weeks, TBD)5-7k bruto + car & extralegals (employment) || 500-650 day rate (freelance)flexible hoursagile mindsetno-nonsense culturea healthy mix of autonomy and direction.The best part?
