We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde AI Data Scientist met een zakelijke mindset. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving die kansen biedt om analytische vaardigheden toe te passen bij het oplossen van bedrijfsproblemen in zowel België als de rest van de Ageas Groep in andere entiteiten.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  1. Je ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en implementeert data- en AI-oplossingen voor zakelijke behoeften, aan de hand van zowel interne als externe gegevensbronnen.
  2. Je identificeert en communiceert inzichten uit gegevensanalyse om besluitvorming en probleemoplossing te ondersteunen.
  3. Je werkt samen met cross-functionele teams om problemen met gegevens te identificeren en op te lossen.
  4. Je controleert voortdurend AI-modellen op nauwkeurigheid en identificeert en verhelpt proactief verschillen in gegevens.
Herken je jezelf hierin?
  1. Je bezit een masterdiploma in een kwantitatief vakgebied (bijv. statistiek, wiskunde, informatica, economie, bedrijfskunde) of een verwant vakgebied met een sterke focus op gegevensanalyse.
  2. Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring met gegevensanalyse, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfsomgeving.
  3. Je hebt ervaring met AI & GenAI, computervisie, NLP en/of deep learning.
  4. Je hebt een sterke kennis van gegevensanalysetechnieken en -tools, zoals Python, SQL, PBI, DataBricks.
  5. Je hebt een sterk zakelijk inzicht en je bent in staat om zakelijke behoeften en vereisten te begrijpen en te communiceren.
  6. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, en kan complexe gegevens op een duidelijke en beknopte manier voorstellen. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  7. Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, meerdere prioriteiten beheren en strakke deadlines halen.
  8. Je bent bereid om af en toe te reizen en projecten in andere entiteiten aan te nemen.
