Functie omschrijving
Voor een firma gelegen te Schoten zijn wij op zoek naar een Export Support Officer.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de exportmanagers;
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte opstelling en aanlevering van alle benodigde export documenten (BL, CMR, CVO, Health certificate,…);
- Je onderhoudt hierover contacten met forwarders, douaneagenten, …;
- Je staat in voor het coördineren van transporten wereldwijd en maakt prijsafspraken met de transporteurs;
- In overleg met logistiek en productie sta je in voor de planning in verband met de verlading van containers;
- Je laat analyses uitvoeren door erkende labo's en inspectiediensten en verzamelt alle noodzakelijke informatie voor certificering;
Vereisten
- Je genoot een hogere opleiding. Ervaring binnen internationale verschepingen is een plus.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en punctueel mbt de documentenafhandeling.
- Je bent hands-on ingesteld en kan prioriteiten bepalen.
- Collega's en teamwork zijn belangrijk voor je.
- Je communiceert vlot en to-the-point, zowel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Elke andere taal is een extra troef.
- Je bent voltijds of 4/5de ter beschikking.
- Kennis van MS Office en ervaring van ERP systemen. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics AX is een plus.
