Overview Voor een klant in Brussel ben ik op zoek naar een deeltijdse solution architect. Bij voorkeur iemand die tweetalig is. De Solution Architect is de centrale technische autoriteit en fungeert als primaire schakel tussen de organisatie en externe stakeholders met betrekking tot architecturale vraagstukken. Hij/zij werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers en ontwikkelingsteams en vormt de brug tussen technische en niet-technische belanghebbenden. De Solution Architect waakt over de architecturale integriteit, de samenhang binnen het ecosysteem en de maturiteit van de governance over gedeelde componenten, services en datalage. Kernverantwoordelijkheden Kernverantwoordelijkheden Architecturale leiding Definiëren, documenteren en afdwingen van architecturale principes binnen de transformatie (gedeelde componenten, servicegerichte platformen, data-centrische architectuur), gebaseerd op een bestaande strategische visie of roadmap. Zorgen voor afstemming met de strategische doelstellingen, wettelijke verplichtingen (zoals GDPR, ...) en modulariteitsprincipes tussen de aangeboden diensten. Opstellen van RFP’s voor de selectie van implementatiepartners, beoordelen van technische oplossingen en valideren van leveranciersresultaten tegenover interne standaarden. Helpen bij het afbakenen van niet-functionele vereisten zoals schaalbaarheid, beveiliging en prestatie-indicatoren. Advies verlenen over de keuze van de optimale software- en hardwareoplossing binnen budgettaire grenzen, met documentatie van bevindingen in een Solution Architecture-document of diagram. Definiëren en beheren van de architecturale “runway”. Waarborgen van architecturale consistentie, naleving van standaarden en begeleiding van technische beslissingen over zowel bestaande als gemoderniseerde systemen. Governance & Analyse Leiden van workshops en werksessies rond governance- en analyseactiviteiten (zoals het definiëren van servicecontracten, datastrategie, onboardingplannen en refactor-principes). Vertalen van zakelijke en technische behoeften naar uitvoerbare architectuur- en integratiepatronen, in overeenstemming met beveiligingsbeleid en best practices. Zorgen dat governance-controles technisch haalbaar en afdwingbaar zijn. Ecosysteemintegratie Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen interne teamsen externe dienstverleners. Definiëren en valideren van integratiepatronen, onboarding-kaders en API-standaarden. Zorgen dat externe partijen de aangeboden services en dataprodukten kunnen gebruiken. Integratie van de voorgestelde architectuur binnen bestaande diensten verzekeren. Risicobeheersing Aanpakken van architecturale risico’s zoals governance-afwijkingen, versnippering van tooling en afhankelijkheid van leveranciers. Waarborgen dat beslissingen worden geoptimaliseerd in het belang van de organisatie op lange termijn, in plaats van enkel voor de leverancier.
