MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES est une organisation humanitaire médicale, internationale, indépendante, présente dans plus de 60 pays à ce jour. MSF apporte une assistance médicale aux populations victimes de conflits armés mais aussi d'épidémies et de pandémies ou de catastrophes naturelles, et privées de soins, sur base de leur besoin, sans discrimination de religion, philosophie ou politique.
MSF Supply est la centrale d’achat de Médecins Sans Frontières Belgique. Ses 120 collaborateurs offrent un service logistique intégré aux missions sur le terrain : support technique, gestion des commandes clients, appels au marché et achat du matériel médical et non-médical, contrôle de qualité, entreposage et expédition des biens jusqu’aux missions présentes sur le terrain. MSF Supply est un des piliers de la Supply Unit d’OCB (Opérationnel Center Brussels, les opérations d’MSF Belgique) comprenant l’entièreté de la gestion de la Supply Chain à la fois internationale et locale. MSF Supply sert également d’autres organisations du secteur humanitaire.
En 2023, MSF Supply a servi plus de lignes de commandes et envoyé plus de m3, soit 3100 tonnes de matériel sur le terrain.
Notre Mission : MSF Supply, centrale d’approvisionnement du mouvement MSF, fournit des produits et services de qualité adaptés aux besoins d’organisations humanitaires médicales test.
Pour son bon fonctionnement, MSF Supply utilise des progiciels de gestion des achats et ventes, facturation, expédition, warehouse management, comptabilité, ainsi que des outils développés en interne et sur mesure. Ces outils informatiques sont aussi bien utilisés en interne que par nos clients et sont interconnectés par des interfaces de données. Le département IT s'assure donc de l’évolution de ces systèmes et de leur connectivité pour que les informations circulent correctement de l'un à l'autre.
Le département IT gère également le parc informatique de MSF Supply et s'assure que les règles en vigueur soient connues et respectées de tous.


Dans une position de support aux activités, l’« analyste fonctionnel » participe activement à l’amélioration continue du fonctionnement quotidien sur toute la chaine de la « Supply Unit ».
Après avoir analysé le processus, l’analyste fonctionnel cherche à concevoir fonctionnellement une application informatique afin de permettre les développements informatiques les plus adaptés.


Responsabilités :

  1. Après analyse, rédiger un cahier des charges complet et précis
  2. Assurer le lien entre l’utilisateur final et le service de développement
  3. S’assurer que la documentation fonctionnelle liée aux développements réalisés est à jour
  4. Transcrire les besoins des utilisateurs sous forme de ticket et faire le suivi, la relance et les échanges avec les développeurs interne et les prestataires
  5. Animer la plateforme de priorisation des demandes utilisateur et partager l’évolution des demandes


Qualifications :

  1. Niveau d’étude : « Master » ou minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la Supply ou dans un poste équivalent d’analyste système
  2. Compétences linguistiques : bilingue français-anglais
  3. Compétences fonctionnelles : très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication, démarche organisationnelle structurée, esprit de synthèse, connaissance et respect des procédures
  4. Proactivité
  5. Des notions de base en développement ou système intégré sont un plus


• Un contrat à durée déterminée (9 mois) – temps plein
• Poste à pourvoir : ASAP
• Lieu de travail : Neder-Over-Heembeek (Bruxelles - Belgique)
• Conditions salariales selon expérience + Chèques repas, assurance hospitalisation, assurance pension, remboursement des frais de transport (100% pour les déplacements en transports en commun/forfait kilométrique pour l’utilisation de son véhicule personnel)
• MSF Supply bénéficiant du statut « Chargeur Connu » auprès des douanes belges, le contrat ne pourra être conclu qu’à moins qu’un extrait de casier judiciaire (modèle soit préalablement remis au département des ressources humaines. Cet extrait de casier judiciaire devra être exempt de tout fait repris par l’article 3, point 9 de la directive européenne 2016/681.
