Fujitsu is looking for an experienced Data Warehouse and Reporting Developer to join a high-impact project for a prestigious EU Institution .Location: Brussels, Belgium (On-Site)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports , applying best practices in data visualization and user experienceBuild and manage scalable data pipelines and queries from Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Oracle databasesCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data requirements and business logicImplement and manage Power BI security , including Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace permissions, in line with data governance policiesOptimize and troubleshoot datasets and reports (performance tuning, refresh strategies, data integrity)Document end-to-end BI solutions, including data architecture, data flows, and security configurationsKnowledge & SkillsExcellent knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modelling, visualization best practices)Strong experience integrating Power BI with Azure Synapse, ADLS, and OracleSolid understanding of data modelling (star schema, normalization, semantic layers)Experience with data governance, security, and access controlAdvanced SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning)Familiarity with version control and strong technical documentation skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholdersMandatory Expertise5+ years of hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem (ADLS, Azure Synapse, Power BI integration)5+ years of expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS)5+ years of expertise in advanced SQL5+ years of experience in data modelling and data governanceCertifications (Mandatory)Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst AssociateNice to Have:Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst AssociateInterested or know someone who might be a great fit?
