The Interim Sales Director will guide a large sales team, drive commercial strategy, and accelerate growth in a highly competitive market, fostering a results-driven and hunter-oriented sales culture. Main Responsibilities Lead and Transform the Sales Organisation: Guide a large team, develop talent, and shift toward a new sales model. Drive Growth and New Business: Accelerate market penetration and deliver strong revenue results. Strengthen Commercial Performance Management: Implement KPIs, track results, and improve commercial efficiency. Manage Strategic Accounts and Commercial Governance: Negotiate major contracts and ensure compliant, robust contract management. Collaborate on Go-To-Market Strategy and Enablement: Work with product and marketing teams on launches, training, and GTM initiatives.
