OpdrachtDe Rebuyer moet voor een optimale bevoorrading en flow zorgen van alle artikelen die door het Departement Goederen zijn bepaald, rekening houdend met bepaalde overeenkomsten. Hij/zij moet kunnen garanderen dat alle producten in de vereiste kwantiteit en kwaliteit beschikbaar zijn in de rekken.
Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied- Actief beheer van alle stromen (stock, flux tendu) per Productcategorie.
- Meewerken aan het opmaken van referenties (WRI) in nauwe samenwerking met de aankoper : logistieke gegevens, soort flux,….
- Beheer van de bevoorrading van de reguliere en promotionele assortimenten: aanmaken van leveranciersbestellingen, bepalen van de te bestellen hoeveelheden, erop toezien dat de leveringsdatum wordt nageleefd, beheersen van de MRP bevoorradingsparameters (in SAP), optimalisatie van de leveranciersbestellingen: naleving van de met de leverancier onderhandelde aankoopvoorwaarden (volledige pallet, volledig geladen vrachtwagen…).
- Beheer van de bevoorrading van de promoties (publiciteit, evenementen, seizoen): opvolgen van de bestellingen, betrokken partijen contacteren (leverancier, depot), opvolgen van de leveringen
- Nauw samenwerken met de aankoper, de leverancier en de logistieke diensten (coördinator logistiek).
- Beheer van de stockverschillen: zo veel mogelijk overstock of uitputting van de voorraad proberen te vermijden of beperken, de stock en de goederen waarvan de uiterste verkoopdatum verstreken is zelf tot een minimum beperken. De oorzaken analyseren om een duurzame oplossing te vinden (prognoses, parameterbepaling, tekortkomingen van de leverancier, terugsturen naar de leverancier …)
- Opvolging van prestatie-indicatoren: stock, dienstverlening en kosten op basis waarvan de fluxbeheerder wordt geobjectiveerd.
- De leveranciers bestraffen wanneer ze tekortschieten (tijdstip van levering, geleverde t.o.v. bestelde hoeveelheden) overeenkomstig de door de leverancier ondertekende overeenkomst.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma
- Nieuwe technologieën boeien je enorm
- Je bent goed tweetalig: Nederlands/Frans en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels
- Je bent zeer sterk klant- en resultaatgericht
- Je kan vlot werken met MS office (excel, word, access) en Outlook
- Je werkt nauwgezet en je bent goed georganiseerd
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
- Je bent communicatief en contactvaardig
- Je benadert leveranciers en interne/externe klanten steeds op een positieve en klantgerichte manier
