Als gespecialiseerd en internationaal selectiekantoor kan Robert Walters je een boeiend carrièrepad bieden met veel kansen en groeimogelijkheden. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Junior Recruitment Consultant voor onze Robert Walters-divisie gevestigd in Groot-Bijgaarden. Na een uitgebreide opleiding ben jij als Junior Recruitment Consultant het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en kandidaten: * Je screent en interviewt geschikte kandidaten * Je organiseert sollicitatiegesprekken en geeft kandidaten tijdige en waardevolle feedback * Je legt commercieel contact met potentiële klanten en overtuigt hen om met Robert Walters samen te werken * Je analyseert de behoeften van onze klanten, je staat hen bij met advies en selecteert zorgvuldig geschikte kandidaten * Je onderhoudt relaties op lange termijn door middel van bedrijfsbezoeken, klantenmeetings en regelmatig contact * Je houdt actief vraag en aanbod bij op de arbeidsmarkt, waarbij je optreedt als een ware consultant * Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op door actief bedrijven en kandidaten te contacteren en verschillende events bij te wonen Jouw profiel: * Je bent afgestudeerd of gaat binnenkort afstuderen in een Bachelor en/of Master opleiding * Je bent vooral commercieel ingesteld; je houdt van verkopen en het overtuigen van mensen * Je bent resultaatgedreven en bent een echte doorzetter * Je beschikt over een sterke interesse in de wereld van rekrutering, selectie en sales * Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels * Je bent dynamisch, positief ingesteld en een echte teamspeler Het aanbod : * Robert Walters is een dynamisch bedrijf met een toffe werksfeer en tal van leuke teambuildings. * Als Junior Recruitment Consultant kom je terecht in een leerrijke en afwisselende functie, waar persoonlijke en professionele groei onze focus is. * Net nieuw op de arbeidsmarkt?
