We’re looking for TWO Life Insurance Business Analysts to join our dynamic Business Change & Monitoring team You’ll be part of a skilled 10-person team working on exciting portfolio migration and commercial development projects in life insurance. Our team includes Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers – all collaborating to make things happen 🚀 What You’ll Do: Analyse: Compare source vs target systems for life insurance policies migration Define and document requirements to high-quality standards Identify impacts of policy migrations on processes Bridge understanding between business and IT Testing: Prepare and run process and calculation tests Monitoring & Collaboration: Act as the link between business and IT teams Report on progress and keep stakeholders in the loop Build strong relationships with IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution teams 🤝 Your Profile: Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products, especially “Classique” Experience in life insurance migrations Proven track record as a Business Analyst Minimum 5 years in life insurance; university degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented yet pragmatic Autonomous, proactive, and solution-focused Excellent communication skills across all audiences (actuaries, IT, management…) Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a plus Client- and results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude 💪 If you’re structured, adaptable, and ready to make an impact, this could be your next challenge
