Dan is dit jouw kans Onze klant is een gerenommeerde producent van een premium A-merk binnen de slaap- en woonsector. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn hoogwaardige producten en sterke marktpositie. Met een hands-on cultuur, platte structuur en transparante communicatie, biedt deze organisatie een dynamische werkomgeving waar medewerkers de ruimte krijgen om initiatief te nemen en impact te maken. #accountmanager #retail #belgië Jouw uitdaging In deze veelzijdige functie als Account Manager ligt de focus op 70% accountmanagement en 30% prospectie. Jij bent hét gezicht van het merk en bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten & dealers. Je hebt contact met filiaalhouders en shopmanagers, en zorgt ervoor dat het merk niet alleen vertegenwoordigd wordt, maar dat het ook groeit binnen de winkels. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Storytelling & Brand Ambassadorship: Jij zorgt ervoor dat shopmedewerkers jouw merk met passie verkopen. Client Relationship Management: Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande accounts en nieuwe klanten. Verkoop: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verhogen van de verkoop, binnen jouw regio. Training & Coaching: Je traint en motiveert sales teams binnen de winkels, zodat zij echte merkambassadeurs worden. Contractbeheer: Jaarlijkse contracten met de ketens worden door de Key Account Manager onderhandeld, maar jij zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking optimaal verloopt en groeit. Wie ben jij? Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in sales, accountmanagement of een vergelijkbare rol. Dynamisch en enthousiast, met een passie voor premium merken en storytelling. Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk: Je hebt geen vast kantoor en neemt ownership over jouw regio en klantenbestand. Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer: Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving met transparante communicatie en een platte structuur. Hands-on mentaliteit: Je pakt kansen en zoekt continu naar groei.
