Using automation, proactive monitoring, and best practices, we help businesses maintain seamless and efficient integrations.Your roleAs an Integration Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in keeping mission-critical integrations running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.Key Responsibilities:Act as the Single Point of Contact for at least one customer, ensuring seamless communication between the customer and WatchPoint.Handle incident resolution, change implementation, and customer communication.Provide on-call support (one week per month) as part of our 24/7 standby team for fast and effective issue resolution.Contribute to service process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance WatchPoint’s services.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality support and customer satisfaction.Maintain and support Hybrid Integration Platforms (HIP) at our customers.Who you areWe’re looking for a proactive and skilled professional with:Experience with supporting IT operations at customers, knowledge of IBM ACE, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ or WebMethods Hybrid integration is a plus.
