Je bent als Quality Engineer het primaire aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers van grondstoffen en componenten in geval van kwaliteitsafwijkingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor en documenteren van de leveranciersonderzoeken. Daarnaast voer je de kwalificaties uit van de leveranciers en volg je de audits op. Je rapporteert aan de Supplier Quality Team Leader. Verantwoordelijkheden • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van afwijkingen met betrekking tot aangekochte materialen (grondstoffen, componenten, process materials, ..). Deze afwijkingen kunnen ontstaan vanuit verschillende afdelingen (labo, warehouse, productie, marktklachten, ..) waardoor je met zeer veel verschillende processen en afdelingen in aanraking komt. Dit omvat tevens de beoordeling van onderzoeken uitgevoerd door leverancier én corrigerende en preventieve acties van de leverancier bekijken en de effectiviteit controleren om herhaling van afwijkingen te voorkomen • Je bereidt KAM (Key Account Meetings) voor met leveranciers voor om hun kwaliteitsscores te bespreken • Je voert de initiële kwalificatie van de leveranciers uit en volgt de periodieke her-kwalificatie op • Je voert leveranciersaudits uit of reviewt auditrapporten uitgevoerd door de externe auditgroep • Je coördineert crossfunctioneel onderzoek in het geval van complexe root cause onderzoeken • Je neemt deel aan projecten met betrekking tot Incoming Control & Incoming release. Je komt terecht in een jong, dynamisch, enthousiast team. Ze zijn echte teamplayers die steeds paraat staan voor de elkaar. Kwalificaties • Universitair diploma in een wetenschappelijke discipline. • Ervaring met productie- en kwaliteitsonderzoeken is een voordeel. • Je hebt zeer goede analytische vaardigheden • Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands / Engels)• Je hebt uitstekende documentatievaardigheden (technisch schrijven in het Nederlands / Engels)• Je hebt goede projectmanagementvaardigheden (kosten, tijd, scope); omgaan met tegenstrijdige prioriteiten • Je bent diplomatiek maar zeker overtuigend in een assertieve houding. • Je bent een teamspeler
