- Financial and Business Planning: Drive monthly planning, budget forecasts, and financial modeling, collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, ensuring compliance and preparing presentations for strategic decision-making.
- Financial Processes: Enhance financial systems and processes, advocating for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Business Support: Serve as a financial advisor to operational departments, providing insights and recommendations to drive profitability.
- Risk Management: Anticipate financial risks, propose solutions, and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and management, ensuring the organization's financial stability.
BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Your Profile
- Fluent in English and in French/Dutch.
- At least 4 years of experience in finance.
- University degree in finance or a related field.
