Door de groei van de onderneming splitsen we ons ontwikkelingsteam op in meerdere kleinere teams. Het team ‘Mobility’ zal een 5-tal personen tellen en richt zich op de integratie van mobiliteit specifieke diensten in ons platform. Als Team lead – Analist neem je het voortouw in de organisatie van het ‘Mobility’ team én werk je inhoudelijk op de analyses in samenwerking met de product owner. Concreet: Aansturen van het Mobility IT team Opmaken en opvolgen van de planning en de taken Afstemmen met de andere teams Samen werken met onze mobiliteit leveranciers en klanten Verwerven van inhoudelijke domeinkennis in het mobiliteitsdomein Uitwerken van functionele analyses in samenwerking met de product owner Wie ben jij? Je bent een gedreven organisator met passie voor moderne softwareontwikkeling. Je leert snel, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een agile omgeving. Je hebt een hogere opleiding achter de rug, werkt al minstens 3 jaar in een professionele IT omgeving en hebt ervaring als business/functioneel analist. Must-haves: Hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in IT ontwikkeling als business/functioneel analist Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden Sterke punten: Conceptueel en analytisch sterk Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Goede communicator Wat bieden wij?
