At LACO, you help organizations turn data into a competitive advantage. As a Data Solution Architect, you'll combine business insight with technical expertise to design modern, scalable data platforms using the latest Microsoft technologies.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end data solutions on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake
- Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures that deliver real value
- Guide data platform design, data modeling, analytics, and reporting solutions
- Advise clients and development teams on cloud, governance, and Microsoft best practices
- Drive innovation in Agile environments using DevOps and CI/CD principles

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric/Synapse, and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, DAX, and data modeling
- A passion for bridging business and technology
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English
- Open to both employees and freelance consultants
