You will optimize interactions across digital channels for customers and employees, including web and mobile apps, internal tools, and complex digital ecosystems.You define the initial big picture, conceptualize how the product or service addresses user needs, and ensure seamless interaction within the organization's digital landscape.Your ResponsibilitiesIdeation & Concept DevelopmentLead the ideation phase of projects and transform abstract ideas into tangible, visual concepts.Gather requirements and insights from stakeholders, user testing (qualitative and quantitative), benchmarking, and analytics.Act as the voice of the customer, aligning user needs with business objectives.Curate Information Architecture, categorizing and structuring content for intuitive usability.Draft high-level wireframes (low fidelity) to visualize early concepts.Assess the impact of proposed solutions against business metrics and KPIs.Produce a concept report consolidating research, testing, and proposed user flows.Collaboration & SupportSupport UX/UI designers during the refinement of validated concepts.Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.Participate in updates and improvements of procedures, processes, and systems as needed.Your ProfileExperience & KnowledgeProven experience in concept ideation and stakeholder collaboration.Comfortable in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model).Strong understanding of Mobile First and accessibility principles.Excellent proficiency in English (C1); good knowledge of French or Dutch (B1/B2) is a plus.Soft SkillsAnalytical, structured, and able to maintain a holistic view of projects.Excellent communication, briefing, and synthesis skills.Empathic and active listener, mindful of organizational sensitivities.Takes full ownership of concepts throughout the product lifecycle.Creative, curious, and able to challenge assumptions while considering biases.Why Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and contribute to innovative digital products and services, transforming user experiences across complex ecosystems.Work in a collaborative, Agile, and purpose-driven environment, shaping solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
