CM-MC biedt een technische omgeving in evolutie: Linux, Windows, VMware, Oracle Weblogic, TomEE, Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, (Hyper) Converged infrastructuur, Multi Cloud (AWS, Azure), …

Je bent een ervaren Container Platform Engineer (Kubernetes/DevOps Engineer) en komt terecht in een toegewijd en dynamisch team.

Als lid van ons Infrastructure Services (IS) departement, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van ons container platform. Dit zowel binnen onze on-premises omgeving als in de AWS cloud.

Volgende zaken zijn hierbij belangrijk:

  1. Reactief opvolgen via incident management
  2. Helpen oplossen van performantie issues
  3. Beschikbaarheid en disaster recovery

Proactief opvolgen gebeurt via monitoring, change management, capacity management, lifecycle management, service level management.

Je neemt deel aan projectwerk. De projecten kunnen zowel business georiënteerd (uitrol van applicaties naar pre-productie en productie omgevingen) als technisch georiënteerd (technische upgrades, nieuwe technologieën, …) zijn.

Hoofdtaken:
  1. Beheren en onderhouden van de OpenShift/EKS cluster, met het oog op high availability en scalability
  2. Implementeren en onderhouden van Infrastructure as Code (IAC) met behulp van Ansible, Terraform en Helm Charts
  3. Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van CI/CD pipelines met Jenkins en Groovy scripts voor Automated Deployment
  4. Opvolgen van de Kubernetes clusters (inclusief onderhoud, upgrades en problem solving)
  5. Werken met ArgoCD voor applicatie-implementatie en configuratiebeheer, met het oog op consistentie
  6. Samenwerken met ontwikkelteams om container applicaties te optimaliseren op vlak van prestaties en efficiëntie
  7. Implementeren van oplossingen voor monitoring, logging en waarschuwingen voor de beveiliging van het containerplatform.
  8. Naleven van best practices op het gebied van beveiliging, compliance en disaster recovery voor container platformen.
  9. Deelnemen aan Agile Scrum-processen, bijdragen aan sprintplanning, reviews en retrospectives.

In functie van de noden hebt u de mogelijkheid om trainingen te volgen. Binnen CM zijn ook meerdere carrièremogelijkheden.

Vereisten:
  1. Het zoeken naar de meest geschikte oplossing in teamverband, zit in je genen
  2. Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma in de informatica en hebt bij voorkeur twee jaar relevante ervaring met container platformen
  3. Je hebt ervaring met Infrastructure as Code (IAC) concepten en tool (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, GitLab, Groovy, …)
  4. Je hebt hands-on ervaring met CI/CD methodologieën
  5. Je beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, and EKS, …)
  6. Je bent vertrouwd met networking concepten en cloud technologie
  7. Je werkt flexibel binnen een zelf-organiserend agile team (Scrum), maar je kan daarnaast ook goed over teamgrenzen heen functioneren. Je weet je vlot aan te passen aan een nieuwe omgeving met steeds veranderende eisen en hebt uitstekende problem solving skills
  8. Je bent bereid om te werken in een 24/7 wachtsysteem (1 keer/6 weken)
  9. Je hebt een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
