WMS Consultant

For one of our global logistics clients, we are searching for a freelance WMS Consultant, who will lead and deliver Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects across Europe. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Plan, coordinate, and monitor WMS implementation projects. Create project schedules, track progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Advise clients on technical aspects of the WMS solution. Analyse warehouse and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement solutions for continuous WMS enhancement in collaboration with internal teams. Manage and coordinate WMS commissioning to ensure smooth go-live. Act as the primary on-site contact until customer acceptance is achieved. Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements for WMS. Translate business needs into system solutions and ensure alignment with WMS capabilities. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in WMS implementation and consulting. Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and client support. Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or Dutch is a plus Contract Details: Start date: January Location: Remote in Belgium Hours per week: 40 Contract: Freelance
