As aSenior Electronics Design Engineer , you will: Lead the architecture and development of embedded control systems based on complex customer requirements. Translate high-level system concepts into multidisciplinary designs involving electronics, embedded software, housing, cabling, and communication protocols. Collaborate closely with internal departments (Hardware, Software, Test, Production, Logistics, Service) and external stakeholders , including customers and suppliers. Evaluate and select components , contributing to roadmap decisions and long-term platform strategies. Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools. Profile Minimum5+ years of experience in embedded systems design and architecture. Strong understanding ofsystem-level design , compliance standards, and product lifecycle management. Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strategic mindset. Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
