Over de functie Als Functional Analyst vorm je de schakel tussen de businessverwachtingen en de technische implementatie. Je vertaalt de noden van de business naar duidelijke, gestructureerde instructies en ondersteunt developmentteams doorheen het hele proces om oplossingen van hoge kwaliteit te garanderen. Verantwoordelijkheden Business requirements vertalen naar gedetailleerde functionele specificaties. Workshops en interviews faciliteren om noden te verzamelen en te verduidelijken. Werken met API's, datamodellen, SQL-concepten en basisprincipes van systeemarchitectuur. Procesflows, functionele schema's, user stories en testscenario's opstellen. Coördineren met developmentteams om een correcte implementatie te verzekeren. Testen uitvoeren en documenteren, defecten analyseren en ondersteuning bieden bij troubleshooting. Duidelijk communiceren met stakeholders en verwachtingen efficiënt beheren. Bijdragen aan de verbetering van processen, documentatie en best practices. Profiel Je hebt een Masterdiploma. Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie. Goede kennis van API's, datamodellen, SQL, cloudconcepten en algemene IT-architectuur. Ervaring met het opstellen van functionele documentatie, diagrammen en testcases. Vermogen om root-cause analyses uit te voeren en requirements te challengen wanneer nodig. Sterke communicator die technische concepten kan vertalen voor niet-technische stakeholders. Ervaring in Agile-omgevingen (Scrum) is een plus. Proactief, gestructureerd en in staat om zelfstandig te werken én samen te werken met teams. Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.
