Continuous investment in people and innovation ensures best-in-class solutions for demanding technical environments.Position OverviewWe are recruiting experienced Construction Site Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams on cutting-edge data centre and pharmaceutical facility construction projects across Europe. You will manage all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong commercial and client-facing performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-ContractContribute to estimates and tender submissions, including technical site assessments.Review tender documentation with the operations team, with a focus on technical-build requirements.Participate in adjudication meetings and post-tender interviews.Assist with detailed planning and programme development for complex builds.Identify value engineering opportunities suitable for high-tech environments.Support the preparation of documentation for tender submissions.Post-ContractUphold safety-first principles across all data centre and pharmaceutical projects.Ensure each project is accurately planned, resourced, and scheduled.Implement company production, commercial, and reporting procedures on site.Prepare and monitor project budgets with the commercial team and take action to meet targets.Ensure compliance with stringent health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relevant to controlled technical environments.Experience & Skills RequiredProven experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or other technically complex construction projects.Strong understanding of modern construction methods and high-tech facility requirements.Commercial acumen with the ability to support profit-driven decision-making.Competence in procurement, subcontractor management, and material ordering.Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation, quality management, and industry regulations.
