Over de organisatie
Onze klant, gevestigd in Diegem, heeft een rijke geschiedenis van meer dan 125 jaar. Ooit begonnen als een familiaal bedrijf en is in de loop van de jaren uitgegroeid tot een organisatie met meer dan 250 werknemers. Waarvan 150 actief zijn in België en 100 in Frankrijk. Ze zoeken een Recruitment Officer om het HR-departement van 3 personen te vervolledigen.
Jouw nieuwe functie
In jouw rol als Recruitment Officer versterk je het HR-team van het bedrijf. Als onderdeel van ons HR-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven en selecteren van nieuw talent. Je stelt vacatureteksten op, screent kandidaten en voert sollicitatiegesprekken uit. Je neemt deel aan wervingsactiviteiten, zoals beurzen. Daarnaast voer je een ondersteunende rol uit bij de onboarding, coördineer je trainingssessies en bouw je relaties op met externe partners. Je draagt ook bij aan onze Employer Branding en werkt volgens deadlines en interne service level agreements. Daarnaast denk je mee aan hoe het bedrijf HR-processen kan optimaliseren.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt hoger onderwijs gevolgd in een relevant vakgebied of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring. Daarnaast heb je 1-2 jaar ervaring in werving en selectie. Je hebt kennis van terminologieën, principes en methoden die worden gebruikt bij het ondersteunen van het management, medewerkers of andere afdelingen en updates. Je kunt zowel schriftelijk als mondeling communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Bovendien heb je affiniteit met sociale media.
