Position: Agile Program Manager

You will lead an Automation Agile Release Train (ART) responsible for delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives.

You will orchestrate the work of a multidisciplinary team to drive automation, process optimization and modernization initiatives. Acting as the link between business, IT and executive stakeholders, you will ensure that priorities are aligned, dependencies are managed, and delivery remains consistent with the organization's strategic objectives.

This role combines program leadership, Agile governance and hands-on coordination in a complex transformation environment.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead and coordinate an Agile Release Train (ART) composed of Business Analysts, Process Managers, Project Managers, Developers and other delivery experts.
  • Organize, prioritize and sequence initiatives across the Automation Train to maximize business value.
  • Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and support Agile delivery ceremonies.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance, including reporting, risk management and dependency tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic roadmaps, enterprise architecture and delivery priorities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Business, IT, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Security and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery progress, remove impediments and support teams in achieving program objectives.
  • Coach delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Produce executive reporting and communicate program status to senior leadership.
  • Maintain a pragmatic, hands-on approach while driving strategic transformation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs.
  • Proven experience working within SAFe or Agile Release Train environments.
  • Strong expertise in Program & Portfolio Management.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across Business and IT.
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk management, roadmap planning and dependency management.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous environments and drive execution.
  • Coaching mindset with the ability to develop and support delivery teams.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
