USG Professionals zoekt een Finance onboarding manager voor onze klant, een groeiende organisatie actief in de advies- en accountancysector in de Benelux.Als Finance Onboarding Manager ben jij dé spil bij de integratie van nieuwe bedrijven in België en uiteindelijk internationaal.Wat ga je doen?Leiding over onboarding van nieuwe acquisities: verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële onboardingproces (100-dagenplan), inclusief het opstellen van openingsbalansen en het introduceren van maandafsluitingen waar nodig.KPI- en datamanagement: verzamelen, analyseren en waarborgen van data over uren, FTE, klanten en andere kerncijfers, zodat maandrapportages volledig en correct zijn.Ambassadeur van PIA: uitleg geven over onze playbooks en best practices op gebieden als fleet management, verzekeringen, recruitment, corporate procedures, etc.Projectmatige ondersteuning: deelnemen aan projecten in België en internationaal, gericht op het klaarstomen van de organisatie voor internationale groei.Groei naar internationale rol: in de loop van het eerste jaar onboarding van deals in Frankrijk en uiteindelijk de ontwikkeling naar een controller/finance lead voor de Franse business vanaf 2026/2027. ProfielUitstekende kennis van Frans én Nederands Ervaring in audit, finance of transaction services / M&A.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholder management.Bereidheid om 1-2 dagen per week internationaal te reizen (vooral Frankrijk).Zelfstandige, hands-on en can-do mentaliteit.Mindset gericht op het creëren van shareholder value .AanbodMogelijkheid tot een vaste positie met een contract van onbepaalde duur of een freelance opdracht voor een langdurig projectEen sleutelrol in de groei van een internationale organisatie.Deze vacature Direct impact op de onboarding en integratie van nieuwe bedrijven.Mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een internationale finance leadership rol.Een professionele, dynamische werkomgeving met ambitieuze collega’s.
