We are a hands-on partner for clients navigating their most critical moments: fundraisings, acquisitions, and exits, blending financial modelling, valuation work, and deal execution in one integrated approach.Are you a financial professional, with at least 5 years of experience, ready to join our dynamic deminor NXT and dups team in Gent?Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of our financial team in charge and perform assignments for shareholders, directors, investors and entrepreneurs.You will develop and use your fields of expertise, i.e. M&A transactions, funding rounds, valuations, preparing financial analysis and dashboards, business plan review, building up cash-flow models, fairness opinions, market research, etc. And you will draft and review business plans, information memoranda and valuation reports for startup clients.You will build financial models and carry out financial analyses of corporate accounts, sector or industries.Participate in and/or lead client meetings, negotiations and assist clients at board and shareholders meetings.You will be actively involved in acquiring new clients, attending marketing events and contributing to deminor NXT and dups publications and newsletters.Your profileMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.At least 5 years ‘on the job’ experience in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or similar environment.Relevant experience in deal-making, knowledge of corporate finance techniques (valuation, budgeting).Results-driven attitude combined with strong analytical skills.You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), you understand and ideally speak French too.A team player with business development ambition.Flexibility, proactive approach and reliability.Mastering Excel and a strong understanding of the Office suite is a must.You will work from our office in Gent, but have no problem going to our office in Brussels from time to time.What we offerA job where you can take a lot of responsibility, and where you can show a lot of autonomy and ownership.Diversity of assignments and tasks.You will be part of a dynamic, young and inspiring team.A full-time position with a flexible work schedule including 1 day of homeworking / week.Competitive, market-based remuneration package additional variable compensation upon the realization of predetermined objectives.In addition, we provide various fringe benefits: meal vouchers, mobility budget (possibly via a company car), a fixed reimbursement of costs specific to the employer, a cell phone and laptop.
