Als Strategic Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van de inkoop van een breed gamma aan medische en orthopedische hulpmiddelen. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, productie, interne orthopedische verstrekkers en logistiek om een efficiënte en kosteneffectieve toeleveringsketen te garanderen. Daarnaast fungeer je ook als overkoepelend in-house strategic buyer voor alle groepsbedrijven. Je begrijpt het belang van in-house service en zet in op samenwerking, teamspirit en collegialiteit om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken en succesvol te zijn als één team.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je staat in voor het MRP-gestuurd beheer van aankooporders. Je plaatst orders en volgt de bestellingen verder op;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers; dit behelst ook onderhandelingen, marktonderzoek en productvergelijking;
- Je zal instaan voor prijsbeheer en controle. Jij gaat na of de bestelling, levering en factuur volledig kloppen en stuurt bij waar nodig;
- Je bent bijkomend ook verantwoordelijk voor het regelmatig controleren van de voorraadniveaus op basis van de laatste verkoopevoluties;
- Je rapporteert over inkoopprestaties en kostenbesparingsmogelijkheden;
- Regelmatige leveranciersevaluatie, alles gekaderd in ons ISO 13485 certificaat;
- Ook sta je in voor de verwerking van contracten en prijzen in het centrale ERP-systeem (Business Central in the Cloud).
- Je functioneert in een 'shared service' organisatie, waarbij inkoop voor meerdere groepsbedrijven gecentraliseerd is. Je wordt het exponent hiervan, met inkoopbevoegdheid over meerdere firma's.
- Kennis en ervaring in supply chain met duidelijke taken en functiescheiding voor inkoop, centraal magazijn, multi-channel verkoop, voorraadcontrole, facturatie, … zijn belangrijk om snel je draai te vinden.
- Als extra verantwoordelijkheid is er ook het beheer van een deelgamma producten, waarvoor zowel inkoop als verkoop voor de Franse markt door jou beheerd moet worden.
- Samen met je collega zorg je voor mekaars backup bij afwezigheid. Daarom is het productengamma in twee gedeeld de rest van het jaar.
Profiel:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld Supply Chain, Logistiek of Bedrijfskunde).
- Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een aankoopfunctie.
- Uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en een proactieve houding.
- Kennis van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Business Central, en MS Office.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; degelijke van Frans is een grote plus.
- Affiniteit of ervaring in de gezondheidssector zijn een voordeel, maar geen must.
- Teamspirit, collegialiteit en een gedeelde ambitie voor succes kenmerken jouw aanpak. Samen met het team streef je naar de beste resultaten
