Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Senior Accountant pour l'un de nos clients actifs dans le secteur du services aux entreprises et basé à Bruxelles. Cette entreprise belge, créée il y a environ 20 ans, accompagne les jeunes entreprises venant de tous horizons dans le développement et la gestion de leurs activités. Notre partenaire assiste aujourd'hui plus de 15.000 clients dans leur quotidien entrepreneurial. Au fil des années, cette entreprise a évolué pour s'adapter à sa croissance et à son modèle unique. L'augmentation du volume d'activités a conduit notre client à repenser certains processus internes, notamment dans la gestion financière. Aujourd'hui, une réorganisation du département Comptabilité et Finance est en cours afin d'optimiser son fonctionnement. Historiquement, la comptabilité a été assurée par des collaborateurs polyvalents, et l'entreprise souhaite désormais renforcer son équipe avec des profils spécialisés pour accompagner son développement de manière encore plus structurée et efficace. En tant que Senior Accountant, vous rejoindrez une équipe à taille humaine composée de 6 collaborateurs et supervisée par un Accounting Team Leader et un CFO pour l'aspect financier. Gérer la comptabilité générale et analytique, les bilans, les comptes de résultats et les déclarations fiscales et sociales Réaliser les clôtures comptables Coordonner les échanges avec les partenaires financiers et fiscaux (banques, experts-comptables, auditeurs, organismes fiscaux et sociaux, …) Participer à l'amélioration et à la mise en place de nouveaux processus comptables pour optimiser l'efficacité du service Bachelier en Comptabilité Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en Comptabilité générale ou Comptabilité de A à Z Vous parlez le français couramment Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse et un esprit critique Vous faites preuve de curiosité et prenez des initiatives pour optimiser les processus en cours et améliorer les outils utilisés Vous gérez vos responsabilités avec beaucoup d'organisation et de rigueur Vous êtes assertif, transparent et capable de vous adapter aux évolutions d'une entreprise dynamique Profitez d'un package salarial attractif comprenant une réévaluation annuelle, des chèques-repas, des écochèques, une assurance groupe, des heures supplémentaires payées et récupérables en jours de congé supplémentaires et d'autres avantages motivants.
