Als Technical Sales Engineer sta je in voor de opmaak van het technische gedeelte van prijsoffertes voor G4S Secure Technology Solutions, daarenboven sta je garant voor een algemene technische ondersteuning aan de Sales afdeling. De noden van de klanten worden door jou geanalyseerd, je maakt technische concepten op en je werkt deze uit in concrete technische voorstellen. Dit in samenwerking met Operaties, Product & Solutions Manager, ed.; Op basis van vragen van klanten, zoek je naar oplossingen binnen ons productgamma (camerabewaking, toegangscontrole, branddetectie, inbraakdetectie); Becijfering en opmaak van een kostenraming behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket. Zodoende geef je concrete input voor een prijsofferte voor nieuwe klanten en voor uitbreidingen bij bestaande klanten; Je biedt een technische ondersteuning aan onze Key Account Managers door mee te gaan naar klanten, de technische aspecten toe te lichten bij onderhandelingen, ed. ; Na ontvangst van de bestelling van de klant, zorg je voor een overdracht van technische informatie aan de operationele diensten; Je blijft continue op de hoogte over de ontwikkelingen en evoluties binnen ons productgamma en vakdomein. Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring in pre-sales of in een vergelijkbare commerciële en technische functie binnen de sector van elektronische beveiliging; Je bezit de juiste commerciële feeling om met klanten om te gaan. Door jouw dynamische aanpak neem je de lead in verschillende projecten; Kennis van veiligheidsoplossingen op minstens één van volgende domeinen: toegangscontrole, camerabewaking, inbraakdetectie, branddetectie. Algemene kennis van IT Infrastructuur en netwerken is een plus; Je kunt technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving; Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven; Engels is een plus. Indien je reeds in het bezit bent van een attest "Conceptie van alarmsystemen en -centrales" is dit een pluspunt, anders voorziet G4S in de nodige opleidingen. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Vilvoorde, maar je gaat ook naar klanten toe in heel België. Ook telewerk behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
