About the job Avertim is looking for a Medior Buyer Consultant to strengthen our Procurement & Supply Chain community and support our clients in optimizing their purchasing strategies and operations. As a Junior Buyer, you will play a key role in delivering value across procurement projects, focusing on: Project Delivery Support the execution of procurement projects by assisting in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management. You will contribute to the implementation of sourcing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and supplier performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with Avertim's values: performance, innovation, and compliance. Client Collaboration Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and challenges. You will help translate business requirements into actionable purchasing plans, while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget control. Your contribution will help build strong client relationships and deliver impactful results. Continuous Improvement Participate in the improvement of procurement processes and tools. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and contribute to the development of best practices across projects and industries. Your Profile Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field First experience (internship or junior role) in procurement, supply chain or consulting is a plus Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Good command of Excel and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle...)
